Avalon was born a natural empath from a long line of healer and shaman ancestry. As a child she had the ability to see through the veil and speak to spirits, guides, and ancestors. This ability did not fade as she grew older. She was encouraged to expand and strengthen her natural abilities. Avalon started daily meditation, astral travel, and remote viewing training as a preteen.
